Lagos, and the prestigious Ekiti State University, Olalekan possesses a robust academic foundation in Business and Management, which he has leveraged across dynamic and regulated banking environments. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Customer Relationship
Management (AICRM) and a member of the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA).
He has held Credit Risk and Compliance roles at leading institutions including Letshego
Microfinance Bank (formerly First Bank Microfinance Bank) and TCF Microfinance Bank, where he
was instrumental in shaping credit risk frameworks, developing lending products, and ensuring
regulatory compliance across multiple business units.
