Mr. Higemeh Sunday Shamba is a Licensed HR Professional (HRPL), an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), and a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB). He attended HR Career Start-Up with LeadHire Limited in November 2019 at VGC, Lagos.
Higemeh holds a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Administration from The Polytechnic Calabar (now Cross River State University of Technology – CRUTECH), Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), and a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Lagos.
He began his work career upon graduation with Inter-Arc Consultants, a Consulting firm in Benin City, Edo State. He briefly worked with Summit International Consultants, Benin City, and A1 Computers, Benin City, Edo State – a Publishing and Printing firm before moving to Lagos.
He served a stint at RCCG Chapel of Praise, Ilupeju, Lagos. He joined Mainstreet Microfinance Bank Limited in 2009 as the Secretary to the MD/CEO. He rose to the post of Personal Assistant to MD/CEO. In 2021, he was redeployed as the Acting Head, HCM/Admin. He had over twelve (12) years of post-graduation experience.
He is currently a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
